I believe in a world led by Empathy.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve thought a lot about life. After being a quiet observer of the community and world around me, I’ve realized that we could all use a bit more empathy in our day-to-day lives. So my goal for the future is to find ways to create space for empathy: through teaching and practicing how to listen and understand others (especially when we disagree); through emotional check-ins with students, co-workers, and clients; even by accepting myself fully for who I have been and who I am today. So I hope you’ll join me in exploring ways to be empathetic leaders for the future, so we can focus on the great things life has to offer us.
